1864 patent, to include: (4) flat handle butter spreaders, all with retailer mark of Hart Bros. (7 1/2 in.); large and small sugar sifter, each with gilt wash to shaped bowl (7 3/4 in. larger); tablespoon with retailer mark of J. E. Caldwell & Co. (8 1/2 in.); sugar spoon with shell form bowl, retailer mark of George W. Webb & Co. (6 7/8 in.); (3) five o'clock teaspoons, two with retailer marks of John & William Moir of New York City, all without (4 7/8 in.); mustard spoon with worn retailer mark (5 1/4 in.). The five o'clock teaspoons and sugar spoon without monograms, all others with various monograms.
