The first with mark of Gorham, model no. 16, marked "Coin," engraved to front "H. K. Ellyson / From / Sunday School of / 2d Baptist Church / 1857" (5 3/4 in.) (minor denting to bowl, some scratching to interior); the second is marked with the model no. 18, no other markings but tests for silver, engine turned decoration to bowl, the front with ornate shield form cartouche engraved "Nellie Maria Palmer / from J. D. E. / Dec. 25, 1858" (4 7/8 in.) (very shallow dent to bowl in cartouche area); and the third with model no. 14, no other markings but tests for silver, engine turned decoration to bowl, the front with ornate shield form cartouche engraved "Presented to / Daniel Emerson / on his 25th / Marriage Anniversary / by his Children / Augt. 24, 1859" (7 in.) (scattered denting to bowl).
