20th century, finely hand painted porcelain plaques, includes a larger unframed plaque with the Song dynasty scholar Su Shi crossing on a sampan boat at night to the Red Cliff Chibi, the island with pagoda behind him and cliff before him are both populated with lush fauna and flora, the waves flowing gently, unglazed reverse, and a smaller plaque of a scenic mountainous landscape, glazed on reverse, framed without a cover with silk mat and faux bamboo frame.
