19th century, a pair of wide rim vases hand painted in blue and white with a pheasant on a flowering branch, mother and baby foo lion flank either side of the neck, drilled for lamp fitting and set into a raised carved wooden base with brass mount, single lightbulb fixture to both, come together with fabric pleated lampshades.
