Aida Zuloaga was born in Valencia, Venezuela. She joined the Venezuelan Plastic Arts in 1963 and exhibited in her home country, as well as in Los Angeles and Florence, Italy. In 1972, the National Institute of Fine Arts and the Venezuelan Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized a traveling exhibition featuring engravings by Aida Zuloaga and Alirio Palacios.
