Thomas Nowlan was a silversmith active in Petersburg, Virginia (1848-1862) and Richmond, Virginia (1865-1897). Thomas was in the partnerships of Nowlan & Berry 1853-1854, Nowlan & Young with James T. Young (1853-1854);, Nowlan & Co. continued in business from 1866-1926.

Some scattered scratches, otherwise good estate condition.
