Sofa: poor condition, needs support rod for seats, tear to the side of the far left back near hinge area, small finish scuff to left back near lower right side.

Chair: some minor surface stain (can likely be cleaned off), creases and varying finish from use.

Ottoman: underside of lid and top base edge with wear from use.

Wedge table: some small areas of finish loss to top surface of leather.
