Edo period (1615-1868), 19th century, a Japanese sugi cedar and kiri paulownia wood chest on chest, upper chest with two long drawers, lower chest with three long drawers, the center front of each drawer has crane and tortoise hardware, symbols of longevity, long rectangular handles flank the sides of each chest.

45 1/4 x 36 1/4 x 17 1/4 in.
