2003, a slab tray raised on four feet with swirling glazes in a myraid of techniques and finishes, including the very special Akadobeyu technique that gives the shimmering chestnut red finish, Nishibata draws inspiration from nature and the changing seasons, the movement and shift in seasons and nature is evident in this tray, artist's mark to underside.
