Early to mid 20th century, dark orange silk ground is embroidered in polychrome and metallic thread with ornate Chinese motifs and flora, opens to the front, a golden thread border with figures and landscape enclosed in small shaped registers, a wedding collar of same pattern decorates the neck, wide cuffs are champagne colored silk ground with figures in lush landscapes, some in the "Forbidden Stitch," interior of robe is lined with ivory fabric.
