18th century, braided handle with floral spray mounts, circular bands of dark blue with gilt key motif to the cover and shoulder of teapot, straight spout with indention, gilded acorn finial on cover, sides of teapot with small oval medallion with grisaille landscape of a farmhouse surrounding by tall trees, oval is surrounded by gilt border.
