20th century, a bottle vase with red lacquer appearance carved with medallions containing scenes of of figures in outdoor landscapes, medallions surrounded by a peony scroll, band of ruyi style lappet leaves above a band of lush flora, key motif encircles the short foot, drilled for lamp fitting and secured to a carved wooden base, single lightbulb fitting, lampshade, longevity motif circular bead finial.
