Late 19th-early 20th century, the first a German black marble inkstand with bronze model of a calling stag surmounting the stand, signed in the casting Julius Paul Schmidt-Felling (German,1835-1920) (one antler with crack to coronet, some chips to marble, inkwell with repair to hinge and missing ink insert); the second of an attentive standing terrier, patinated and cold-painted bronze, marked "GESCHUTZT" to underside (5 x 7 1/8 x 1 3/4 in.) (rubbing to patina, missing cushion upholstery covering, some shedding to horsehair); the third of a small patinated bronze dog cast in reclined pose with front paws crossed, unmarked (2 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 1 1/4 in.) (small nicks to terrace, rubbing to patina).
