Ink and colors on silk, a pair of paintings meant to be hung together, depicting the Japanese God of Thunder (Raijin) and God of Wind (Fujin) in energetic poses amidst swirling clouds of gray, black and gold, serious intense faces, inscription and artist signature in gold ink to lower corner of each painting, formally hanging scrolls, now cut and fitted into gilt bamboo frames with red mats, not examined outside of the frames.
