This Tsarist coin contains an average gold weight (AGW) of 0.1867 oz. and is encapsulated in a late Soviet era holder with a Certificate of Authenticity. The holder carries a date of 1992, which is somewhat problematic as the Soviet Union collapsed in December of 1991. Regardless, this is an unusual pairing of symbols from two former Russian regimes.
