Circa 1850, porcelain hand painted in early Imari palette of tomato iron red, gilt and underglaze cobalt blue, includes a pair of small porcelain bottle neck vases with long slender neck to bulbous bodies, and a porcelain jar decorated in shaped reserves on either side with phoenixes flying over peony blossoms, ornate floral designs decorated the outside, wooden cover.
