Late 19th or early 20th century, brass cast foo lions with open mouths bearing teeth and tongue sticking out, spirals along the backs, elongated feet with claws, each has an outstretched paw in front where it previously held an accessory, presented squat on raised brass bases with reticulated decoration.

Missing item previously in outstretched paw of each lion; wear with loss to one base edge; both lions with some wear to surface and small losses.
