Edo period (1868-1912), early 19th century, bronze rectangular tray form raised on four bamboo branch style feet, two bamboo style handles flank the short sides, three claw dragons are cast in relief to the two long sides, ground has archaic decoration
the base with a nine-character mark reading "Dai Nippon Bunsei nen Seimin chu."
