Circa 1800, probably Maryland or Pennsylvania, dovetailed case, poplar and white pine secondary, hinged lipped lid with bread board ends, loper support, divided interior, four graduated scratch beaded drawers with line inlay, flanked by chamfered corners with lamb's tongue and line inlay, bold French bracket feet.

Shrinkage separation to lid; desk interior rebuilt; no key; later pulls; drawer runners rebuilt; separation at joint to front feet; crack/repair to right rear and front feet.
