Late 19th or early 20th century, very finely painted image of a Shah dressed in luxurious attire with regal sword and shield, wearing numerous pearl necklaces and jeweled headdress, seated on an outdoor terrace with lush garden and green field behind him, script text at top of page, framed with mat, not examined outside of the frame.
