Qing dynasty (1644-1912), 19th or early 20th century, ink and colors on silk, hanging scroll format with ivory knobs, large pink and white lotus plant blooms from a pond with large lotus leaves, growing from a craggy rock, a single bird is perched on a lotus blossom stem, inscribed to top left corner in Chinese with two red artist seals, mounted with silk brocade fabric.

DOA 76 x 25 1/4 in., Image size 51 x 20 in.

Some scattered discoloration spots to silk ground; light toning to the silk; creasing to mounting; tear to mounting at top.
