Edo period (1615-1868), ink and colors on paper, includes a triptych of a cat ghost narrative with kabuki actors, and two sheets from a triptych with elaborately dressed figures, all prints are signed to lower area of each sheet in a cartouche, each print with a publisher's seal and censor seals, presented loose.

Triptych, each sheet 14 x 9 1/2 in., Diptych, each sheet 14 x 9 3/4 in.

Some of the sheets appear to be trimmed; each sheet has later holes down one side where they were previously bound into an album; narrow backing tape down one side of two prints from triptych; some wear with small losses to lower edges of triptych sheets.
