Circa 1900, all-over polychrome lacquered surface with gilt highlights, rectangular top with two hinged panels opens to reveal a decorated interior with further central hinged panel which opens to reveal more painted decoration and a beveled dressing mirror, the case with a single flush drawer, scalloped skirt on tall stylized cabriole legs; together with a conforming rectangular stool which fits underneath the table.
