Length 15 in.

This curlew is a true masterwork by one of Core Sound's finest carvers. Homer was the first featured carver at the Core Sound Decoy Fesitival. He carved regularly with Alvin Harris as they worked at Menhaden camps together. This decoy incorporates applies raised cross wings. A similar example is permanently displayed at the Core Sound Museum and Heritage Center.

Original, one leg has a faint paint crack but no structural issues.
