Lot Details & Additional Photographs
Circa 1940, for Steubenville, to include: (14) dinner plates (10) in.; (2) Iroquois luncheon plates (9 1/8 in.); (4) salad plates (8 in.); (11) side plates (6 in.); (8) lugged cereal / soup bowls; (15) cups with (16) saucers; (2) trays (13 x 13 in.); rectangular tray (9 1/4 x 13 1/2 in.); sauce boat and under plate; celery tray; mini coffee pot; creamer; oval serving dish; random lid.

Considered the all-time best-selling ceramic service, Wright's sculptural dinnerware sought to make well-designed, contemporary goods in soft muted palettes available to consumers at reasonable prices.

The two brown dinner plates each have a small scuff; one luncheon plate with edge chip; saucer with tiny flake; original expected production irregularities.
