Meiji period (1868-1912), porcelain bowl with low sides and deep well hand painted in underglaze blue, iron red, green and gilt highlights with textiles patterns, floral motifs, pomegranates and butterflies, the underside has a double foot rim, comes together with a carved wooden stand.
Bowl only 4 in., 11 3/4 in. diameter
Good estate condition; very slight nick to rim.
