Louis O'Neal was one of the finest decoy carvers from Currituck County. His decoys are rare but extremely well crafted. This decoy was certainly influenced by the work of Joe Lincoln from Accord, Massachusetts.
Exhibited at Duke University Hospital 2023.
Exhibited at the North Carolina Museum of History 2008.
