Early 20th century, silver collar with ornate floral and exotic bird motif, marked "Holland 830 BK," faceted body etched crystal body, center with windmill scene to one side, the other with sailing vessel, surrounded by floral and stylized foliate motifs, with conforming stopper, without monogram.
