Doily Fulcher, Sr was born in Stacy, NC on Fulcher Creek and was one of ten children born to Walter and Amy Fulcher. Doily Jr. recalls that his father made his first stand of decoys in 1957 so they could hunt together. Coot decoys are extremely rare from Core Sound.
