20th century, ink and colors on paper, both figures are seated on inlaid throne style chairs with ruyi cloud carvings at the bottom, draped on the chairs is a red and gilt cover, the lady is wearing a winter court robe with fur lining and a silver bird rank badge, the man is wearing a court robe with dragons and holding onto a long bead necklace around his neck, inscriptions to upper right corner together with red seal to both paintings, framed in an identical manner.

Female portrait has some foxing to paper; male portrait has some pencils marks to upper left corner; both portraits not examined outside of their frames.
