Early 20th century, pigments on cloth, White Tara, a female Buddha, is depicted seated on a lotus blossom, her right hand rests on her knee, displaying the gesture of infinite generosity, while the left holds the stem of a pure white lotus blossoming above her shoulder, halo around her head, Buddhist deities appear around her, red border, framed over a mat in wood frame, not examined outside of the frame.

Overall good condition; some darkening and staining to edges of silk; some wear losses to pigments especially to upper portion and left hand side center; a few areas of wear to body of central figure; not examined outside of the frame.
