A Pair of Japanese Arita Blue and White Porcelain Lamps

Late 19th century, hexagonal shaped porcelain vases with reticulated interlocking coin motif sides framed by porcelain hand painted with flowers and gourds in underglaze blue, vases have been drilled and secured to carved wooden bases and fixed with metal lamp mounts having single lightbulb fitting, painted porcelain finials, and come together with lampshades.

HOA 23 in.

Good estate condition; vases are not drilled, but rather secured by adhesive to the wooden bases; a few nicks to edges; some kiln grit to areas of reticulated sides; vases not examined outside of the mounts.
