20th century, pigments on cloth, Buddha is depicted seated on a lotus blossom touching the earth with one hand, symbolic of when the Buddha achieved enlightenment, halo surrounds his body and a second around his head, the Buddha is surrounded by scenes of his life, framed with a blue mat in gilt frame, not examined outside of the frame.
