Length 17.5 in.

Daniels worked as a caretaker and guide at the Bodie Island Club. He helped rebuild the Duck Island Club in the 1920s and was a guide there. This redhead duck was likely made there, very rare species by the maker as he carved mostly brant. It has an attractive black diamond form on the back.
