Late 19th / early 20th century, carved wood and gesso with gold and silver leaf surface, double scrolled handle form with acanthus leaf and fluted motifs, flush circular top and bottom.

Top circular plinth with repair to one edge; old surface with dark patina and surface wear; scattered shrinkage cracks (but appears stable).
