Delaware, Maryland, circa 1950s, 5.5 in. blade stamped DELAWARE MAID / PJ DEVLIN, hidden tang construction, brass guard, stacked leather, black, cream, red and brass spacers, four finger grooves, bird's head aluminum alloy pommel, leather sheath with brass hardware.

Robert Waldorf Loveless was a well known American knife maker who designed and popularized the hollow ground drop point blade and the use of full tapered tangs and screw type scale fasteners within the art of knife making.

Overall good condition, signs of wear on blade and handle from age and use, sheath has scuff and wear.
