20 century, includes a carved soapstone sculpture of Buddha seated on a double lotus blossom over a rectangular base (7 x 4 1/2 x 3 in.)(small chip to rim of bowl in Buddha's hand; a natural fissure to backside of figure), and a porcelain sculpture of Guanyin, the Bodhisattva of Compassion, holding a small child in her arms and seated on a rock, glazed, hollow to the interior (9 1/4 x 4 x 3 1/4 in.)(good estate condition).
