Large lobed shaped dark reddish brown ground lacquer box incised and painted with dragons chasing flaming pearls surrounded by swirling clouds, on the cover is a five clawed front facing dragon surrounded by four dragons and a key motif border, the bottom rim of the cover and top and bottom rims of the body are decorated with the same key border, the lower body is decorated with bats flying above three universe mountain peaks and waves.

Overall good estate condition; some cracking to interior lacquer; some nicks and losses at rim edges.
