Joseon period (1392-1910), 19th century, yak jang 약장 with 72 small divided drawers having two sections and simple metal circle pulls to front, over four larger drawers below, all drawers are individually painted in ink with Chinese characters for different medicinal herbs, front has shaped apron feet, sides go to the floor, paper lines wood on reverse side.

Surface scratches and wear to top; minor edge loss to left and right side of case edges; overall good estate condition.
