Wear to boards and corners rubbed with some losses to leather and paper, vol. I of Caesar missing front cover and spine detached; occasional cracking at hinges and missing pages, all with previous owner writing on first free endpaper, toning and scattered foxing as expected, light offsetting from frontispieces; with most spine titles clear, many with bookmark ribbons; poor to good condition.
