This well shaped goose has an exceptional head which was previously attributed as being made by James Best. This decoy was in the hunting rig of Rupert Parker from Poplar Branch. Parker did not make decoys but his hunting partner Van Caroon did.

Original paint with light gunning wear, working repair to neck.
