As found estate condition; rosewood with fading and drip stains to underside; the seat missing one button, the other button's metal is exposed; leather head rest area with adhesive tape (likely covering a tear) to the upper right side; the arms appear to have been recovered; the ottoman's leather is in good condition, the underside rosewood shell with some staining and scratches and a small veneer chip at one edge.
