Qing Dynasty (1644โ€“1911), Qinglong Period (1745โ€“1795), four album leaves from the series "Mask Designs for Court Opera Characters," ca. 1745โ€“1795, ink and color on paper, each professionally framed in an identical manner. Eleven leaves from the same album are in the collection of the Field Museum in Chicago, collected on expedition in 1910.

Overall good estate condition; three with small holes to upper chest area and a small stable tear to one; two with minor center vertical crease mark; all with light even toning to paper; all with some scattered areas of stain or grayish discoloration; not examined outside of the frames.
