Meiji Period (1868-1912), patinated bronze, cast with dragons in high relief encircling the neck of each vase, the lower bulbous body with birds amidst flowering branches, a key motif borders the mouth rim of each, open at underside with no covering.

9 3/4 x 5 1/2 in. diamteter

Both missing underside plates; one with light paint specks; some rubbing to patina and light verdigris to interiors.
