Bernardino Partenio (d. 1588) was an author and teacher. He was interested in poetry, languages, and of course, the ancient world. Della Imitatione Poetica is one of his major works.

Vellum with some warping, scuffs to front cover, and small wormholes along spine and joints with a small number at the bottom edge of the back cover; endpapers with small wormholes and bookplates on paste-downs, scattered foxing with toning overall light; an excellent copy of this early printed book.
