Laurie Burns (American, 1952-2016), Two Fused Glass Table Top Sculptures

Contemporary, including a garnet red with silver highlight sculpture with seven various sized panels mounted to a serpentine base; and a similar sculpture in clear with silver highlights, both signed to the base.

Inspired from childhood trips to Murano, Laurie began working with glass in 1978 until her passing where she continually honed her skills in fusing glass.

One red panel has been re-attached with silicone and is loose; otherwise, good condition.
