James Meredith (1791-1860) was born in Baltimore, Maryland and apprenticed under Charles L. Boehme from 1805-1812. He then moved to Winchester, Virginia, where he worked as a silversmith both on his own and in various partnerships until his death in 1860.

Each with denting and wear to bowl; each with wear to engraved monogram; one with bent handle.
