Early to mid 18th century, hand painted in very fine detail with a scene of a Mandarin Chinese family in their country villa with animals all around such as chickens, roosters, cow, and dogs, wide rim border is decorated with scrolling gilt ground and shaped reserves with pink and orange floral blooms and bouquets, dimpled corners, unglazed to the underside.
