Third quarter 19th century, all either marked 'STERLING' or '925,' most variously monogrammed, to include: (5) servers with retailer mark of J. E. Caldwell & Co., including (2) pastry servers, aspic/jelly server, shell sugar spoon, and mustard ladle.

Other pieces to include a flat handle cake saw, with retailer mark of Abner Halsey Miller of Newark, New Jersey and Chicago (active 1852-1883), marked 'STERLING / PATENT' to blade (11 1/4 in.); serving spoon mark of Christian Pruesser & Bro of
Milwaukee, Wisconsin (circa 1858-1878) (8 5/8 in.); sugar shell spoon marked 'STERLING / PATENT'; (2) tablespoons, one with retailer mark of Abner Halsey Miller; and a serving knife and mustard ladle with mark of Braverman & Levy.
