19th century, each vase with a scalloped rim, above a waisted neck decorated with gilt chilong dragons and foo lions, and nicely potted baluster body, hand painted with shaped registers with gilt key motif borders containing scenes of finely dressed ladies and gentlemen together, exterior ground with butterflies and auspicious treasure motifs amongst flowers.
